The objective of the EFASC Health and Fitness Academy is to teach urban area youth proper nutrition and the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle.
The program provides nutrition and fitness classes to combat obesity, poor nutrition, and lack of exercise in urban area youth. The program introduces youth to a variety of activities that can be used to maintain proper body weight and cardiovascular health. It also reinforces youth with the knowledge of the need for physical activity, which they can carry with them for a lifetime.

EFASC Well Fit Woman Health and Fitness Program The EFASC Well Fit Woman Health and Fitness program is designed to incorporate a variety of workouts to allow women to choose an exercise program that will best fit their lifestyle and personality.
The fitness programs will focus on the three key elements of an effective fitness program which are strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Clients will meet with a fitness specialist who will design a personal fitness program to help the clients achieve positive fitness results. |
